濕度發生器需要注意哪些

  濕度發生器基于簡單的干燥氣體和濕度氣體相混合的原理。它主要由質量流量控制器、溫控混合室和相對濕度探頭組成。出口氣體溫度、相對濕度和流量集成在一個控制回路。您可以使用FLEXI WET檢測濕度如何影響含能材料、聚合物、藥品、食品、建筑材料、熱能存儲材料、金屬和合金等的性質。
 
  FLEXI WET基于簡單的干燥氣體和濕度氣體相混合的原理。它主要由質量流量控制器、溫控混合室和相對濕度探頭組成。出口氣體溫度、相對濕度和流量集成在一個控制回路。
 
  濕度發生器的注意事項:
 
  1、經常進行相對濕度發生器的檢漏工作。泄漏是相對濕度發生器常見的故障現象,在使用過程中應注意經常檢漏。泄漏時,有刺激性氣味,漏點處不結霜。
 
  2、經常對相對濕度發生器的結霜狀況進行檢查。當霜層過厚時,應及時除霜。當結霜異常時,可能是由于堵塞造成的,應及時查找原因并予以排除。
 
  3、相對濕度發生器長朝停用時,碰將制冷劑拙到儲液器或冷凝器中,使相對濕度發生器的壓力保持在0.05MPa(表壓)左右為宜。若為鹽水池中的相對濕度發生器,還需用自來水沖洗,沖洗后在池內注滿自來水。
